On the morning of July 11th, the 19-people high-ranking leadership delegation of “Latin American Political Party’s multilateral workshop”, including 10 political parties from eight countries which are Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Cuba, Ecuador, Peru and Colombia, visited China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan, accompanied by relevant staffs from the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Jiangxi Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office. The vice president of CELAJ, Zhou Jintang received the workshop and was invited to give a lecture.
In the lecture, Zhou Jintang introduced the academy’s founding process, its main work and features. During the Q&A phase, Zhou Jintang answered relevant questions from the guests.

On the afternoon of June 9^th, a 10-people leadership delegation of the Eritrean People's Front for Democracy and Justice led by Yemeni, member of Central Executive Committee, Head of the Central Political Department visited China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan, accompanied by staffs in charge from the International Department, Central Committee of CPC and Jiangxi Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office. Zhou Jintang, Vice President of CELAJ received the delegation and was invited to give a lecture.
During the lecture, Zhou Jintang introduced the process of the academy’s foundation and its major tasks and features. Zhou Jintang, combined with the actuality of leadership education and training in CELAJ, answered the questions from the delegation about the circumstance of leadership education and training in China.
Yemeni, head of the delegation, said that their visit to CELAJ was very fruitful, that Eritrea also had a significant leadership training institute located in its revolutionary base and that they were greatly inspired by CELAJ’s operational concepts and teaching methods. He also expressed the hope to further strengthen cooperation with CELAJ in leadership education and training.

On the afternoon of May 16^th, a 17-people delegation of “Workshop for Media Personnel in African Countries” from Ghana, Rwanda, Seychelles, Uganda, Zimbabwe, accompanied by staffs in charge from the International Department, Central Committee of CPC and Jiangxi Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office, visited China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan. Zhou Jintang, Vice President of CELAJ received the delegation and a friendly discussion was held between the two parties.
During the discussion, Zhou Jintang introduced to the delegation relevant information about CPC leadership education and training and CELAJ’s founding process and its major tasks and features.
During the exchanges, Zhou Jintang answered the questions from the foreign guests about social and economic development, leadership education and training, cooperation with Central Africa in leadership education and training in the current situation of globalization.

　　On the morning of April 26^th, a 10-people leadership delegation of Revolutionary Front of Independent East Timor, headed by José Manuel Fernandez, Deputy Secretary General of the Revolutionary Front of Independent East Timor visited China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan, accompanied by relevant staff from the International Department, Central Committee of CPC and Jiangxi Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office. Vice President of CELAJ Zhang Younan received the delegation and a friendly discussion was held between the two parties.
During the discussion, Zhang Younan introduced to the delegation the academy’s founding process, its major tasks and features and Deputy Secretary General José Manuel Fernandez introduced relevant information about the Revolutionary Front of Independent East Timor and members of the delegation. He expressed that China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan was a unique leadership educating and training institution and their visit was really fruitful.
After the discussion, Vice President Zhang Younan accompanied the delegation to visit the campus.

　　On the morning of April 23^rd, the commissar from the Defense College of National Defense University, Lu Guozhong led 26 Foreign Military Senior Officers of its college’s No.25 defense and strategy workshop to visit China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan and joined discussions. Vice President of CELAJ Zhou Jintang received the delegation.
During the discussion, Zhou Jintang introduced to the delegation the process of the academy’s foundation and related information about its management system and features and answered the questions from the foreign military senior officers. The commissar Lu Guozhong introduced in his address relevant information about No.25 defense and strategy workshop and stressed to members of the workshop the significance of their visit to Jinggangshan and CELAJ.

　　Prof. Dr. Rudolf Nuetzi, Dean of School of Business Management, University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (UASNS), and Prof. Dr. Rolf Schaeren, Vice Dean and Yang Fan, Assistant to the Dean, teacher and translator visited CELAJ on Feb. 4- 5，2010. Li Xiaosan, Zhou Jintang and Zhang Younan had a meeting with the delegation.
Li Xiaosan introduced the CELAJ and its features to the delegation. Dr. Rudolf Nuetzi was impressed by the Jing gangshan Paradigm and introduced UASNS later. Looking forward to a very close cooperation, the two parties conducted consultations on the issues of patterns and contents of cooperation. Leaders and related staffs in the Office and International Exchange and Training Departments attended the meeting.
The delegation paid a visit to the campus, Museum of Revolution in Jinggang Mountains and Home of Mao Zedong at CiPing.
The UASNS, an internationalized university, was formed from the merger of four state universities of applied sciences. The UASNA is the place where the continuing education and trainings of civil servants of Switzerland are conducted. It has signed cooperation agreements with many universities and research centers. Some universities in China are their partners too.

In the afternoon of December 15,2009,the Delegation of Sudan People’s Liberation Movement visited CELAJ. The delegation was a group of 7 staff with Alfred • Dulla • Gore, lieutenant general and foreign affairs adviser of the president of Sudan South Self-government, as the chief of the delegation. The delegation was accompanied by the related staff from the International Department of the Central Committee of CPC and the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Jiangxi Province. Zhou Jintang, the vice president of CELAJ, received the delegation and had a formal and friendly discussion meeting with its staff.

From 28^th to 30^th, October, 2009, a delegation of 6 headed by Zhu Weigan, Chief of the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China, and accompanied by relevant officers in Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, paid a visit to CELAJ. The purposes of the visit are to understand the practice and experience of CELAJ in terms of cadres’ education and training, and to promote exchange and cooperation between the two sides.
The delegation also visited the on-the-spot teaching bases such as Cemetery of Jingang Shan Revolutionary Martyrs, Former Residence of Mao Zedong at Ci Ping, the site of Operation for Safeguarding Huangyangjie, and Museum of Revolution in Jinggang Shan.

Accompanied by officers of International Department of Central Committee CPC and Jiangxi Provincial Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, a delegation of 11 from Yemen General People’s Congress headed by Yahya M.Al-Shami, member of General People’s Congress and head of Minister of Organization and Supervision and Minister of Finance Inspection, paid a visit to CELAJ, Vice-President Zhou Jintang received the group. Official from General Office, Department of Training Affairs, Department of Academics, Department of International Exchanges and Program Development, and Department of Human Resources participated in the discussion.

On the afternoon of September 9^th, the Executive Vice-President Li Xiaosan of China’s Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan received an exclusive interview with Mr. Liutian Zhenxian, Producer-Director of NHK Chinese General Administration. 
During the interview, Li Xiaosan answered questions from the press about the three leadership academies’ background of foundation, its concept on training, the teaching contents and forms, the academies’ accomplishments, the basic qualities required of the Party leadership in the new era and about how to keep our Party’s good style of work. 
In order to enhance Japanese people’s awareness and understanding of China, NHK, upon invitation of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the CPC (ILDCCCPC), intends to shoot two special topic films of “University student village officials” and “training on CPC young leadership” at the time of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. With the approval of the Organization Department of CCCPC and the Foreign Affairs Office of CCCPC, NHK film crew, accompanied by the relevant functionaries from the ILDCCCPC, took an interview and shooting at the CELAJ from Sept. 5 to Sept. 10th.

On the morning of May 18^th, vice dean of the Defense College, National Defense University, Mr. Cai Changjie, leading 28 foreign military senior officers from the French class of No. 23 defense studies course of the college, came to CELAJ for a visit and symposium. The executive vice president of CELAJ, Li Xiaosan attended the symposium and delivered a speech. The vice president, Zhou Jintang hosted the meeting. Others who also participated included relevant staff from Department of Foreign Exchanges and Training Development, the General Office, Department of Teaching Affairs, Department of Training and Department of Teaching and Research. During the Q & A stage, the foreign senior officers actively asked questions on Jinggangshan revolutionary struggle, influence of globalization on running the academy in contemporary age and the features of the academy, to all of which Mr. Li Xiaosan gave excellent answers. After the symposium, both sides exchanged gifts and posed for pictures. The delegation also visited the campus in the company of Zhou Jintang. 

On the afternoon of April 11^th, CELAJ welcomed the leadership delegation of Palestine National Liberation Movement “Fatah”. Accompanied by staffs in charge from the International Department of CPC Central Committee and Jiangxi Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office, the eight-people “Fatah” group headed by Ratib H.S.Hdaib, the financial Director-General of the regime, visited the academy. 
Mr. Zhou Jintang, Vice President of the academy received the delegation and introduced the process of the academy’s foundation and related information about its management system and features. Mr. Ratib H.S.Hdaib, head of the delegation, talked about the “Fatah” organization and related information about the members of the delegation. The delegation members put forward questions on CPC’s leadership education and training, women leadership training, teaching plans, organization and implementation and logistic management, to all of which Mr. Zhou Jintang gave answers.

On the morning of March 6^th, Mr. John J. DeGioia, President of US Georgetown University and his eight fellows visited CELAJ, accompanied by staffs in charge from the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Jiangxi Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office. The vice president of CELAJ, Zhou Jintang and others received the delegation and a symposium was held between both parties. 
Zhou Jintang introduced to the delegation the academy’s basic information and features. Mr. John J. DeGioia talked about  their  university’s developing process and the achievements of the training projects in cooperation with the Chinese academy. Both sides, at the meeting, expressed good wishes to strengthen communication. 
Related people in charge from the General Office, Department of Teaching Affairs, Department of Teaching and Research and Department of Foreign Exchanges and Training Development also attended the symposium. 

On Sept. 24^th, 2008, a cadre study group of 15 from the Tanzanian Revolutionary Party (TRP) headed by Kidawa?Hamid?Saleh, member of the Central Committee of TRP and organization secretary of its Secretariat, visited CELAJ in the company of the concerned leaders of International Department Central Committee of CPC and Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Jiangxi Province. Zhou Jintang, vice president of CELAJ, received the group and had an informal discussion with the group members.
During the discussion, Zhou made a brief introduction to CELAP and answered questions, raised by the group members, on carder training, organization setups, curriculum development and internal operation, etc. Concerned staff and faculty members from the General Office, the Department of Training Affairs, the Department of Academics and the Department of International Exchanges and Program Development were present during the discussion.

On Jun. 21^st, 2008, a delegation of 7 from African National Congress of South Africa (ANC) visited CELAJ. The delegation was taken for a campus tour and the staff from international exchanges and program developing department introduced them the fundamental construction，daily management and characteristics of the academy.

A senior leadership delegation of 21 of the PPRD from the Democratic Republic Of Congo paid a visit to CELAJ on July 9^th, 2008. The two sides hold a cordial meeting together and the Professor from the academy gave a lecture of :“Jing Gangshan— the eternal spirit home of the CPC” to the delegation which introduced the history of the revolutionary struggle of the CPC in Jinggangshan.

On Nov. 19^th, 2007, a party leader delegation of 10 from Mauritius and Seychelles visited CELAJ. The delegation was to understand the experience and concrete measures of CPC in Party building at grass-root level, Party work and leadership construction.

A senior leadership delegation of 21 from the Laos People’s Revolutionary Party paid a visit to CELAJ on October 29^th, 2007. Both sides discussed the exper　ience and concrete measures of CPC in Party building at grass-root level, discipline inspection, publicity and leadership. 

On October 17^th, 2007, a student party of 54 senior foreign military officers from the 20^th Military Defense Workshop in the Military Defense Academy of National Defense University, CPLA visited CELAJ. Both sides exchanged views on the construction of CEOn the afternoon of June 13th, the 27-people “Red Tour” Group of Foreign Correspondents in China to Jiangxi, accompanied by staffs in charge from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Jiangxi Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office, visited China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan. Li Xiaosan, Executive Vice President of CELAJ received the correspondents’ group. Vice President of CELAJ, Zhou Jintang gave a lecture to the group, introducing the academy’s founding process and teaching features and answered relevant questions from the group.

A commission of 10 from Sarawak United People’s Party of Malaysia visited CELAJ on Sept. 25, 2007. Both sides held a friendly discussion on CELAJ’s leadership training model, textbooks, CPC’s experience in revolution and construction at its early stage and during the anti-Japanese War. 

On July 9^th, 2007, a cadre commission of 12 from party newspapers of the party in power of three African countries visited CELAJ in hopes of understanding our Party leadership training and Party publicity.

On May 30^th, 2007, a delegation of ten from the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea visited CELAJ. The CPN(UML) Delegation from the Nepal visits CELAJ．A 14-member delegation from the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) headed by the member of Central Committee of CPN(UML) Rajan Bhattarai, accompanied by the relevant staff from the International Department of CPCCC, visited CELAJ from Sep.22 to 25, 2017. The executive vice president of CELAJ Mei Liming and the vice president of CELAJ Ke Hua met with the delegation.
Mei Liming briefly introduced the history of Jinggangshan, and basic information of the academy to the delegation on the welcome meeting. He expressed the hope of further communication and cooperation with the delegation. Ke Hua answered questions raised by the delegation on the grassroots organization and the conduct building of CPC. The delegation expressed their appreciation of the hospitality of the academy and showed strong interest in the Party building of CPC and the training features of CELAJ.
After the 4-day stay at CELAJ, the delegation was impressed by the profound change of China and Jinggangshan Spirit. They acknowledged the training mode of CELAJ and expressed the hope of learning the successful cadre training experience of CPC.
The Delegation of Bureau-level Party and Government Officials from Vietnam visits CELAJ.A 22-member delegation of Bureau-level Party and Government Officials from Vietnam, accompanied by the relevant staff from the International Department of CPCCC, visited CELAJ during Oct.17 to 26, 2017. The executive vice president of CELAJ Mei Liming and the vice president of CELAJ Ke Hua met with the delegation.
Mei Liming briefly introduced the history of Jinggangshan, and basic information of the academy to the delegation on the welcome meeting. He expressed the hope of further communication and cooperation with the delegation. Ke Hua answered questions raised by the delegation on the organization building of CPC and the 19^th CPC National Congress. The delegation expressed their appreciation of the hospitality of the academy.
After the 10-day visit, the delegation was impressed by the Jinggangshan Spirit and the profound achievements on strict governance of CPC, and the targeted poverty alleviation work of CPC. They had an understanding of the spirit of 19^th CPC National Congress. They acknowledged the training mode of CELAJ and expressed the hope of learning the successful experience of CPC.
